Taste juicy berries and plums in the taste palette, accompanied by soft tannins and mild acids in the aftertaste. DESCRIPTION The grapes are harvested at the beginning of September. After vinification and slight crushing of the grapes, a temperature-controlled (25 ° C) alcoholic fermentation is carried out on stainless steel tanks in the vinification cellar for 7 days. The grapes are then pressed and the young wine is transferred to clean stainless steel tanks to undergo malolactic fermentation, followed by a 5-month maturation. In the spring following the harvest, the wine is assembled and bottled after a light filtering.
