TASTING NOTES Initial Shiraz aromas include ripe plum and cherry, followed by the leafy, cedary spice and red currant aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is rich and very generous, yet soft and supple. Balanced flavours linge throughout the long finish. DESCRIPTION Matured for 11 months in 19% new French and Hungarian oak hogsheads and barriques, balance in 1 to 5 year old French, American and Hungarian barrels.
